YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Performance Media Lead, you will be the architect bridging high-level planning with flawless technical execution. You won't just oversee campaigns; you will be the guardian of performance, ensuring every plan is optimised, accurate, and perfectly aligned with the client's growth goals.


Working side-by-side with the creative and data teams, you’ll have the unique agency to integrate messaging and tech within your plans to accelerate performance across the entire customer journey.


ABOUT YOU:

  • Expert-level, hands-on experience with SA360, Google Ads, Meta, and Programmatic environments, with the confidence to lead high-budget, multi-channel executions.
  • Agile thinking - you can pivot based on real-time data—refining bidding, audiences, and messaging to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Ability to look beyond the dashboard. You extract the "why" from attribution nuances and translate complex performance data into clear future strategies.
  • Belief that excellence is in the details. Your campaign builds, tracking, and QA processes are rigorous and reliable.
  • Ability to communicate complex recommendations with clarity and confidence to both internal teams and senior stakeholders.
