  • Temp to Perm roles
  • Contracts confirmed past 2027
  • $30-34p/h Starting Rate


THE GIG: We are currently on the hunt for a number of experienced Excavator Operators, with a strong forward workload across multiple sites for immediate starts.

Ideally, we are looking for those with Drainage Operating experience for residential and subdivision projects scattered across the Canterbury Region, also bulk digouts in Halswell, Rolleston and Prebbleton. Work will be Monday to Friday 7am-5/530pm with Saturday work on offer at times.

This role will suit those with 4+ years' Operating experience, capable on 12T-20T Diggers with those capable of operating GPS systems like Topcon or Leica highly desired, and those holding Class 4 and/or 5 with a willingness to carry out dual responsibilities within the crew.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF:

If you have the experience we're looking for and are ready to jump into a tight team and put in the mahi - we want to hear from you! You will be successful if the following sounds like you:


  • You can pass a drug screen
  • Have a minimum of 3+ Years as an Excavator Operator
  • WTR Endorsements
  • Class 4 and/or 5 Licences highly desired but not essential
  • Have your own reliable transport
  • Be Health and Safety conscious
  • Present well and understand you're representing the client on the day
