Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator / Digger Operator (Siteworks)


Opportunity to gain/expand supervisory skills in this senior role while supervising truck drivers and labourers on site.


Tasks include but are not limited to:


  • Digging for floor slabs / driveways / carparks
  • Asphalt / concrete / kerb prep
  • Able to do some boxing for paths / driveways / carparks (beneficial)


You need:


  • Experience operating excavator (Siteworks - NOT bulk excavation)
  • Able to read plans and work to grade
  • Preferably 5 – 10 years experience (senior role)
  • Good English communication skills and reliability
  • Minimum Class 1 & WTR
  • Pass drug test, MOJ case by case
  • Right to work in New Zealand


We offer:


  • Asap start
  • Full time work – permanent or temp to perm for the right candidate
  • Pay: $30 - $40 negotiable to match your skills and experience
  • Company vehicle (for permanent candidates)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Work Visa holders in New Zealand may be considered.
