Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Container Hoist Drivers for ongoing work across Auckland. This is a great opportunity for reliable operators looking for consistent hours, stable work, and the flexibility of both day and night shift options.


About the role You will be operating container hoists within busy logistics and transport environments, assisting with the safe movement, stacking, and handling of shipping containers. Work is available across multiple sites, with ongoing placements for the right people.


Shift options

  • Day shift and night shift roles available
  • Ongoing, full-time hours
  • Flexibility across different Auckland-based sites


Key responsibilities

  • Safe operation of container hoists and/or heavy forklifts
  • Loading and unloading containers from trucks and storage areas
  • Yard and depot movements of containers
  • Pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
  • Working in line with all health & safety procedures
  • General yard duties as required


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience operating container hoists (essential)
  • Valid forklift/OSH certificate (and F endorsement if required)
  • Strong awareness of health & safety in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both day and night shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
