Napier | Temp, Ongoing & Potential Permanent Opportunities | Various Shifts

We are currently looking for reliable and physically fit Warehouse & Logistics Workers to join a busy operation in Napier. We have several roles available across different areas of the warehouse, with opportunities ranging from short-term projects through to ongoing and potential permanent work.


Roles available include:

Pick Packers – Afternoon/Evening Shift

  • Pick packing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Experience using RF scanners essential
  • Palletising and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred


Day Shift Pick Packers – Project Work

  • Pick packing and general warehouse duties
  • Heavy lifting is involved, so you must be physically capable
  • Forklift/OSH experience preferred
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team


Inventory / Stock Control – roughly 3-month assignment

  • Stock taking and inventory management
  • Recording and checking stock accurately
  • Strong attention to detail essential
  • Good computer skills and previous inventory/warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records


Warehouse / Container Workers – Temp to End of Year

  • Unloading trucks and containers
  • Loading and moving stock
  • General warehouse duties and pick packing
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Forklift/OSH experience
  • Ongoing work through to the end of the year, with the potential for permanent work for the right people


What we're looking for:

  • Previous warehouse, pick packing or logistics experience
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work at a good pace while maintaining accuracy
  • RF scanner experience for pick packing roles
  • OSH forklift licence preferred for relevant positions
  • Good communication and a positive attitude
  • Reliable transport and a strong work history
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check
