Job Description

We're recruiting a Class 4 Concrete Truck Driver on behalf of a well-established transport business with a strong reputation, a supportive team, and a steady pipeline of work.


This is a full-time opportunity starting in early to mid August , making it the perfect time to line up your next role.


No concrete experience? That's absolutely fine. If you've never driven a concrete truck before but have metro or civil driving experience, our client is happy to train you. They're much more interested in finding someone dependable who's keen to learn and become part of the team.


This isn't a role where you'll be wondering when the next shift is coming. The work is there, and they're looking for the right person to join their close-knit team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering concrete safely and professionally to sites across Christchurch
  • Working independently once you're trained and settled in
  • Starting early when required, with some shifts beginning as early as 1am


To be considered, you'll need:

  • At least 12 months' Class 4 driving experience, whether that's metro, civil, or similar heavy vehicle work
  • Confidence manoeuvring and reversing a truck in tight spaces
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work early starts
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
