Job Description

As a support worker you will be responsible for a number of tasks, including but not limited to:


  • Assist clients with personal cares, showering and feeding
  • Basic household duties and meal preparation
  • Medication oversight and prompting
  • Behaviour and Conflict Management


Requirements


  • Based in Waiheke Island
  • Experience in handling high complex clients
  • Experience in behaviour and conflict management
  • Must be eligible to work in NZ
  • Subject to clean police clearance check
  • Availability to work a Week Nights (19:00 – 07:00) and Weekend Day and Nights (7:00-19:00 and 19:00 – 07:00).
  • Have strong communication and commitment to building good working relationships
  • NZ full driver’s licence,
