Surveyor / Survey Technician - Orewa, Auckland North

$80,000 - $110,000


The Company


Is a leading, well established survey company who provide surveying, engineering and planning services across the Auckland region.


Their projects include land development, subdivisions, rural, industrial, commercial and residential including high-rise buildings.


Due to continued growth, they have an opportunity for a Surveyor or Survey Technician to join their team.

The Role


  • Surveying for cadastral, engineering and construction surveying for a range of residential and commercial projects.
  • Construction (dwelling) setout
  • Boundary surveys and redefinition
  • Topographical/site surveys
  • GPS surveys
  • Precise engineering and building set out
  • As built surveys
  • Site preparation for construction projects
  • Machine control
  • High rise building surveying


About You


  • Well-motivated Surveyor looking to train and develop with excellent attitude
  • Ideally you will be experienced in landonline, total station & GPS
  • Experience with Topcon/Magnet experience beneficial not essential
  • Experience in cadastral, engineering or construction surveying considered
  • Experience with CAD desirable not essential
  • Experience with land transfer survey beneficial not essential
  • Experience with civil engineering for land development would beneficial not essential
