Our Tauranga Accounting and Tax team is a close-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together and is looking for someone who will fit right in. We're seeking a permanent, full-time Client Services Officer to join the team.


Your role and contribution


  • Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the team.
  • Deliver professional front-of-house and client service support.
  • Coordinate mail, couriers and general office requirements.
  • Assist with client onboarding, offboarding, verification and record maintenance.
  • Prepare, scan, print, bind and distribute client documents and signing packs.
  • Coordinate Adobe Sign processes and ensure documents are completed within required timeframes.
  • Support billing, invoice processing, credit card reconciliations and related administration.
  • Assist with task management, reporting, events, facilities and stationery requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and compliant outcomes while providing an exceptional experience.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

What you bring to the role


  • Experience in administration, client services or a similar environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A positive, proactive and results-focused attitude.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • The ability to follow established processes and procedures while maintaining accurate records.
  • A willingness to learn, embrace new technology and use AI tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
