Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guestexperiences? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a vibrant,people-focused environment? Haka House Hostels is on the lookout for anenthusiastic Night Host / Housekeeper to join our awesome team!

This unique role combines guest hosting and housekeepingresponsibilities, helping ensure our guests have an exceptional experiencewhile maintaining the high standards our properties are known for. Whetherwelcoming late arrivals, assisting guests throughout the evening, or preparingthe property for the day ahead, you'll play an important role in keeping thingsrunning smoothly.

This position operates on a rotating roster and includes LateShifts , and Night Shifts .

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who:

  • Brings positive energy and a can-do attitude(experience in hostels or hotels is a bonus, but not essential!)
  • Has excellent time management and communicationskills
  • Is passionate about travel and Aotearoa
  • Has a sharp eye for detail and takes pride intheir work
  • Is comfortable working independently andconfidently handling guest enquiries during evening and overnight hours
  • Can work evenings, nights, and weekends on arotating roster
  • Holds a valid New Zealand Passport, Resident Visa,or current New Zealand Work Visa
