Job Description

Paddington Group is seeking an experienced Venue or Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across our venues with confidence and care. This role calls for a steady hand — someone who can lead a team, maintain high service standards, and ensure a seamless experience for every guest.


A current Duty Manager Certificate or the ability to get one is essential, along with proven experience in a premium casual dining or wine bar setting. As part of a multi-venue group, you'll bring the flexibility and polish needed to maintain consistent standards across different spaces.
