Job Description

Experienced Forklift Operator required for a busy warehouse and distribution environment. Must have a Full NZ Driver Licence.

  • $28 per hour + 8% holiday pay + weekly pay
  • Dayshift | Monday to Friday
  • Opportunity to go permanent in a supportive team

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation. This is a hands-on role offering stable hours, a supportive team environment, and ongoing work for the right person.

This role involves a mixture of warehouse and yard duties, forklift operation,  order preparation, vehicle loading, and general warehouse support. You will be working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are highly valued.


Key responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely
  • Picking and preparing customer orders
  • Assisting with stock movements throughout the yard and warehouse
  • Operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Performing general warehouse and yard duties

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, stores, or distribution environment
  • Full NZ Driver Licence
  • Valid OSH License, Counterblalance
  • F Endorsement is advantageous
  • Physically fit and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • Strong commitment to Health & Safety
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Two contactable references
