Job Description

At Busy Bees Pahiatua, you'll be part of a close-knit team with strong roots in the Tararua farming community. Enjoy the support of the Busy Bees Aotearoa whānau while helping tamariki learn and grow through meaningful, nature-based experiences. This role is 32 hours per week and fixed term until end of October 2027.

About You | Mōu


  • A recognised New Zealand ECE or Primary teaching qualification with current NZ registration.
  • Warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proactive spirit and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical.
  • Passion for the NZ national curriculum and a drive to share fresh, creative ideas.
  • Confidence using digital tools to document learning and stay connected with families.
