What you’ll do | Hei mahi

Step into a purpose-led role championing our Community and Care strategy, where you will be the primary marketing lead for charity partners, community initiatives, and brand sponsorships to enhance our overarching corporate reputation.

  • Oversee and foster relationships with key charity partners and manage brand sponsorships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and impactful storytelling.
  • Drive marketing initiatives designed to positively impact RepTrak scores and Brand Net Promoter Score (NPS), continuously analysing results to optimise future campaigns.
  • Take full ownership of community marketing campaign lifecycles, managing budgets, timelines, and multi-channel delivery across digital, social, PR, and in-store.
  • Act as a central partner, bringing together diverse cross-functional teams (including PR, retail operations, legal, and commercial) to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment.

You are a strategic, purpose-driven professional with a genuine passion for making a tangible impact in the community while shaping the reputation of a leading brand.

  • Proven track record in marketing management with a specific focus on community engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), charity partnerships, or sponsorships.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a deep, practical understanding of leveraging brand health metrics (including NPS and RepTrak) to measure success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bring cross-business stakeholders together, build trust, and align diverse internal teams toward shared goals.
  • Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives and projects to translate overarching objectives into actionable marketing plans.
