Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join a busy civil construction team working across the Wellington region.


The Role

  • Operate a grader on civil construction projects
  • Complete final trim, road grading, and earthworks
  • Assist with site preparation and general civil construction activities
  • Operate other civil machinery when required


What You Need

  • Proven grader operating experience in civil construction
  • WTR endorsements preferred
  • Full Class 1 Licence required (Class 2–5 an advantage)
  • Strong focus on health and safety
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
