Job Description

In this hands on role, you’ll be working in our highly automated furnace area, operating advanced glass processing equipment and helping ensure products are manufactured safely, accurately and to a consistently high standard.


You’ll be involved in loading and unloading glass, monitoring the furnace process, completing quality checks and keeping production moving efficiently. Full training will be provided, so if you’re reliable, safety focused, comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and keen to learn, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of received items and their condition.
  • Operate gantry and forklift equipment to handle inventory safely.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards in all warehouse activities.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience with a focus on gantry and forklift operations is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with using computers and basic inventory tracking systems.
  • A focus on safety and high standards of work.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.
