Experienced Civil Operators Wanted - Whangārei & Kaipara Districts


Roles Available


We're gearing up for a busy summer and have multiple potential opportunities coming up with established civil construction clients across the Whangārei and Kaipara regions.


We're looking to connect with experienced, confident Civil Operators who are ready for their next opportunity and can hit the ground running when positions become available.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Operating a range of civil construction machinery safely and efficiently
  • Working on earthworks, roading, drainage, and infrastructure projects
  • Carrying out pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
  • Following site plans and supervisor instructions
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Supporting crews with general civil construction duties as required


What You Need


The ideal candidates will have:


  • Minimum Class 1 NZ Driver Licence
  • Current WTR endorsements
  • Proven experience working in civil construction
  • Strong and confident machine operating skills
  • The ability to operate machinery safely, efficiently and productively
  • A strong understanding of site safety and civil construction practices
  • Reliability, a good work ethic and a professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work across different sites throughout the Whangārei and Kaipara Districts
  • Full NZ work rights
