Surveyor - Residential

West Auckland $80,000 - $120,000 + Vehicle

What You'll Be Doing


You'll work across a wide range of brownfield projects, from initial site work through to delivery, with real involvement rather than being siloed into a single task. There's a healthy balance between site and office time, and you'll have the chance to manage your own projects as your experience allows.


With multiple field crews operating daily and a collaborative office setup, support is always close by—without micromanagement.

This role is open to:

  • Licensed Surveyors
  • Survey Technicians
  • Graduate Surveyors with 2+ years of practical experience

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years NZ experience
  • A positive mindset and willingness to contribute
  • Confidence working as part of a team
  • Experience with 12d (desirable not essential)
  • An interest in developing both technically and professionally
