Roadmac Pty Ltd is expanding its operations in Western Australia and is looking for experienced asphalt paving personnel to join our growing team.


We are currently recruiting in New Zealand for experienced candidates who are willing and able to relocate to Western Australia.


We are recruiting for:


  • Asphalt paver operators
  • Screed operators
  • Roller operators
  • Rakemen
  • Asphalt checkers
  • Skid steer operators
  • Asphalt labourers
  • Leading hands


About You


To be considered, applicants should have:


  • A minimum of three years' experience in asphalt paving operations
  • Demonstrated experience in the position applied for
  • A strong understanding of asphalt paving practices, levels, joints, compaction and quality requirements
  • A Construction Industry White Card (or willing to gain)
  • A current New Zealand driver's licence
  • Relevant plant tickets or competencies for operator positions
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
  • The ability to complete physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
  • Flexibility to undertake regional work when required


Successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and verification of qualifications and experience.


Relocation to Australia


These positions are based in Western Australia and require candidates to relocate to Australia.


We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced asphalt professionals currently based in New Zealand who are looking for an opportunity to take their skills to the Australian market.


You will need to be prepared to relocate to Perth, WA, with regional travel required from time to time depending on project requirements.
