We’re looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join the REACH team at a pivotal time in our evolution. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our future-focused journey - developing AI-enabled campaign infrastructure & driving innovation within our multi-product suite of solutions.


In this role, you will be dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience, nurturing and building long-term customer relationships, and supporting the seamless execution of multi-media marketing campaigns.


Bridging the gap between campaign fulfillment and strategy, you will conduct proactive post-campaign engagement, ensuring every engagement is outcome-driven and carefully tailored to deliver maximum results for our customers.


What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively develop, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding verbal and written communication.


Collaborate closely with the REACH Sales team to coordinate and support multi-media campaign execution.

Manage campaign fulfillment, including Letterbox bookings, print production workflows, artwork proofing, quoting, and supplier liaison.


Oversee inbound briefs generated through REACH’s Agentic AI campaign planner, applying human intuition and intelligent insights to elevate campaign strategies.


Conduct post-campaign engagement follow-ups and deliver comprehensive performance reporting to evaluate outcomes and nurture recurring business.


What You’ll Bring

2+ years in a customer-facing or B2B sales administration role with a proven experience in delivering next-level customer experiences.


Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and proactively engage with customers.

Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.


Strong computer literacy (including HubSpot, email, spreadsheets, documents) and general knowledge of digital marketing channels/tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, analytics).
