About the Role


As our Centre Administrator, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes families and the organisational backbone that keeps our centre operating effectively.


Working closely with the Centre Manager and teaching team, you will support daily operations while ensuring administration and Ministry of Education requirements are completed accurately and on time.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Welcoming and supporting whānau, visitors and new enrolments
  • Managing enrolments and bookings
  • Maintaining parent accounts, payments and direct debits
  • Accurate data entry and record management
  • Responding to enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing daily, weekly and term administration deadlines
  • Supporting centre compliance and administrative processes
  • You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our National Admin Support Team to help you succeed in the role.


This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


About You

  • Friendly, approachable and relationship-focused
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in accounts administration and handling account enquiries
  • A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others
