What You'll Do


As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you'll be the trusted face of our business within your territory. This is a consultative role focused on understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions that help customers achieve their operational goals.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Becoming a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Growing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline through effective territory management.
  • Promoting solutions through technical discussions and demonstrations.
  • Working closely with our internal team to support quotations and customer outcomes.
  • Managing customer activity through our CRM system.


What We're Looking For


You'll ideally bring experience in external sales, business development, account management, technical sales, engineering, manufacturing, or a related industrial field.


You'll also be:


  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware.
  • Technically minded and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
