This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HVAC professionals who enjoy variety in their work and take pride in delivering outstanding results. You'll work alongside a supportive team while also having the autonomy to manage your own workload and provide exceptional service to customers.

What We're Looking For


To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:


  • Proven experience installing and/or fault-finding air conditioning, heat pump, or HVAC systems (2+ years of NZ experience preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • A commitment to delivering consistently high-quality workmanship
  • Electrical trade registration or relevant electrical experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • A current, clean New Zealand driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in a hands-on environment
