OneStaff are on the lookout for skilled welders and fabricators to join a range of well-established engineering companies across Christchurch — including Rolleston, Hornby, Addington, Bromley and more.

We’re keen to talk if you have experience with:

  • Heavy structural MIG / flux core welding
  • Stainless or aluminium TIG welding
  • Site installation work
  • Site welding (MIG / ARC)
  • MIG production welding


What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Welding tickets/qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
  • Confident fabricating with a range of materials
  • Reliable, positive and motivated work attitude
