Licensed Cadastral Surveyor

Christchurch Central, Canterbury $120,000 - $160,000 + Benefits


Our client is a well-established and growing consultancy with offices in Christchurch and Auckland.


They are highly regarded across the land development and civil infrastructure sectors, with a strong reputation, loyal client base, and a consistent pipeline of quality work.


Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, they are looking to appoint a Senior/Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join their Christchurch office.

The Role


The role will involve a variety of cadastral, construction, engineering and land development projects.


You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of surveying projects, gain exposure to quality clients, and play an important part in the successful delivery of civil infrastructure and development work.


About You


  • Senior or Licensed Cadastral Surveyor.
  • Confident using GNSS and Robotic Total Station
  • Experience using 12D and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong cadastral background with Landonline experience.
  • Relevant New Zealand cadastral surveying experience is essential.
