Ready to take the next step in your quarry career?


We're looking for a reliable Quarry Operator to join a busy quarry based in Onehunga. This is a varied, hands-on role offering long-term work, where you'll operate a range of machinery, assist with day-to-day site operations, and provide weighbridge cover when required.

What you'll be doing


  • Operating loaders, diggers, water carts and road sweepers
  • Covering the weighbridge when required
  • Assisting with general quarry and site duties
  • Communicating with customers, contractors and site staff
  • Following Health & Safety procedures at all times


What we're looking for


  • Current WTR licence
  • Experience operating loaders, diggers or similar heavy plant
  • Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers, contractors and staff
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Valid working rights in New Zealand
