Are you an experienced Asphalt Worker looking for steady work and the opportunity to develop your skills?


We are seeking reliable and hardworking asphalt workers to join established roading crews across Auckland. With ongoing projects, good hours and training opportunities available, this is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Laying and spreading asphalt
  • Raking, levelling and finishing asphalt
  • Operating rollers and small plant
  • Asphalt compaction and edge finishing
  • Preparing surfaces for paving
  • Reading basic levels and grades
  • Working safely around live traffic and road crews
  • Supporting the wider paving team as required


What You'll Need


  • 5+ years' asphalt or roading experience
  • Proven experience in asphalt paving and finishing
  • Class 2 licence with WTR endorsement
  • Good understanding of asphalt compaction
  • Strong handwork and finishing skills
  • Good attitude and reliable work ethic
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
